The Prayer and Spirituality Commission are delighted to bring our mission to the global
network. Our work consists of many variables and
our activities to date have included Taize Prayer,
an Icon exhibition held in the Synod Hall in Armagh
which attracted just over 700 adults and families
and various school pastoral work.
Future areas of work which we plan to engage include:
+ Expansions to existing groups into wider areas.
+ Charismatic style Prayer.
+ Healing Prayer services.
+ Christian Meditation groups.
+ Weekly Adoration of Blessed Sacrament in every
Parish.
+ Re-introducton of trained Prayer leaders.
+ Lectio Divina or Scripture Reflections.
+ Spirituality and Prayer discussion groups.
+ Spiritual Retreats - parish vicariate, Lent
retreat for Youth etc.
+ Spirituality to encompass a range of age groups.
In all, The Prayer and Spirituality Commission are delighted at the future impact and
interest our beautiful website will have and we
believe that many will be enriched by God's grace
and blessing.
